Bubba's Fireworks Meta App Privacy Policy

Overview

This privacy policy applies to the Bubba's Fireworks Meta app used by authorized operators to manage advertising campaigns, public campaign links, and campaign reporting for Bubba's Fireworks and bubbas.info.

Information We Collect

The app is used for business advertising operations. It may process Meta ad account, Page, Instagram account, campaign, ad set, creative, image, and performance information made available through Meta's business tools.

Public short-link routing on bubbas.info may process basic routing information such as the requested link slug, destination URL, campaign tracking labels, and referrer host. Public forms may collect the customer information entered into that form and store it in our PostgreSQL database on Amazon Web Services.

The app is not intended to collect sensitive personal information from customers, and it does not sell personal information.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage advertising objects, review campaign performance, troubleshoot public campaign links, save public form submissions, and support Bubba's Fireworks marketing operations.

How Information Is Shared

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the app and campaign links, including Meta, Amazon Web Services, and hosting or analytics services used for Bubba's Fireworks marketing operations. We do not sell this information.

Data Retention

Operational records are kept only as long as needed for campaign management, reporting, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or business records.
